Return Policy

InvisiPrompt Return Statement 1 of 6: Limit on quantity  

Each customer is limited to 1 return of the InvisiPrompt teleprompter. If purchasing multiple units, only 1 is eligible for return. It is recommended that you purchase 1 to test first before purchasing multiple. Additional units may be exchanged if a defect is found. 

 

InvisiPrompt Return Statement 2 of 6: Limit on time and shipping

You can return InvisiPrompt within 15 days from date of original delivery. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded. Customer pays the cost of return shipping. Packages that are undeliverable or refused will be automatically issued an RMA and processed for refund according to this policy, plus the cost of return shipping (cost of return shipping usually the same as cost of original shipping). Limit on quantity (Statement 1 of 6) applies equally for undeliverable or refused packages.

 

InvisiPrompt Return Statement 3 of 6: Retail Strip requirement

Packaging can be opened, and the product can still be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling), as long as the product's Retail Strip remains attached and intact. Like a retail tag on retail clothing, it should only be removed if you decide to keep the product. The Retail Strip should be left on while you are testing the product, and then removed once you decide to keep the product and use it in an actual video shoot. Products with the Retail Strip removed or damaged cannot be returned.

 

The Retail Strip on InvisiPrompt is a green strip clearly visible on the product, and will be the only green-colored object in all of the packaging and product. Like a retail tag on clothing, the Retail Strip is not prone to being removed accidentally. Removing shrink wrap and other packaging will not affect the Retail Strip.

 

InvisiPrompt Return Statement 4 of 6: Additional requirements

In addition to the Retail Strip requirement (mentioned above), the product must be in reasonably sellable condition with all parts and accessories from the original packaging included. Products with excessive scratches or obvious signs of damage will not be accepted for return.

 

InvisiPrompt Return Statement 5 of 6: How to return

To return the teleprompter, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 15 days from date of original delivery by filling out the form here. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you submit a request for return, you will receive an RMA number along with instructions and address to send the product. You will have 7 days to return the product from the time you receive the RMA number, or 15 days from date of original delivery, whichever is later.

 

InvisiPrompt Return Statement 6 of 6: Refund processing

The refund will be in the original form of payment, such as refund to credit card. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 9 business days from the time your return is received.

InvisiPrompt Accessories Return Statement 1 of 1: Return conditions

Accessories that you purchase for the teleprompter can be returned within 30 days. Only unopened accessories can quality for a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded. Accessories that have been opened can be exchanged only. To return accessories, request an RMA here.
