US (Domestic) Orders

I received an error message while trying to place an order.

If you could not add an item to the cart, or received an error message during the payment process, please let us know, and we will help you complete the purchase.

How do I track my order?

The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, let us know.

 

Your product is usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days, unless verification is required. Verification may be done for orders sent to PO Boxes, large orders, or may be done at random. Verification may include emailing or calling you to verify the order or requesting proof of credit card ownership or ID credentials. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For standard shipping (the default option), it takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery from the date the order is placed. For express shipping, it takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery from the date the order is placed. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been sent to the shipping carrier yet, then it can be canceled, and a full refund made. Once it has been sent to the carrier, it cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with the return policyLet us know if you need any help.

Is my credit card information secured on this site?

Yes. How do I upgrade to express shipping?

On the product page, click "add to cart" under the description for "US Express Shipping".

What is the shipping cost?

The standard delivery cost is $8 and takes 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed. You can upgrade to express shipping for an additional $22 (added to the standard delivery cost), and delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Which carriers do you use?

For standard and express shipping, we use UPS and FedEx. For delivery to PO Box, we use USPS. The tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. Deliveries to PO Box will be sent via USPS. Please note deliveries to PO Box will incur an additional 2 to 3 business days for processing.

Once I place the order, how long will it take to ship?

It may take up to 2 business days to process your order and ship it out, though most orders are processed and shipped in 1 business day. We will notify you by email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note deliveries to PO Box will incur an additional 2 to 3 business days for processing.

Will I be charged sales tax when I place the order?

When you place your order, only orders shipping to New York will be charged sales tax.

International Orders

Can I pay in my local currency?

When you checkout, you will be shown the total in US dollars, and you will be able to submit your credit card information via PayPal, which can convert the total to your local currency. If you have any questions, let us know.

Is there tax for my country?

During checkout, import tax and local taxes will be calculated for your country. Import tax and local tax are usually determined by customs.

What is the 360 Tax Coverage, and how does it work?

Oftentimes, merchandise imported into a country can have unpredictable import and sales taxes. The rules customs use to determine taxes constantly change, making it difficult to predict exact tax amounts. And sometimes, customs will request the recipient of the package to pay extra taxes.

 

InvisiPrompt's 360 Tax Coverage guarantees that all import and sales taxes are covered when you purchase from InvisiPrompt.com. Once the shipment enters your country, if customs requests additional taxes, just save the receipt and InvisiPrompt will fully reimburse you for all taxes you pay. You can have the peace of mind knowing that you will not have to pay more fees than what is charged when you make your purchase on this site. Likewise, if customs determines that the tax we charge is higher than what is needed, we will also reimburse the difference. Once the package reaches customs, they will notify you of the import and sales tax, as well as if any taxes are owed. Is the shipment insured?

The shipment is insured to its full value, so if the shipping carrier looses the package or fail to deliver it, you will not have to be responsible for the cost. 

Which countries can I ship to?

Invisiprompt Online Store will ship orders to addresses served by FedEx (used as a reference only). You can see FedEx's list here. Click on a country to determine if your address type is serviced by FedEx. You can also contact FedEx to see if you address receives service. If your country is on the list, and your address is serviced by FedEx, we will be able to send a package there. Please note that we only use FedEx's list as a guide; countries and addresses may be included or excluded at the discretion of the Invisiprompt Online Store. We may also use carriers other than FedEx to deliver orders.

 

To ship internationally, when you checkout, just choose the country where you want to ship.
