Where can I buy InvisiPrompt?

The Where to Buy page lists authorized sites for purchasing InvisiPrompt. Buying from an authorized site ensures that you can receive warranty and support. As per the InvisiPrompt limited Warranty, purchasing from a site not listed as authorized means you will not receive warranty service.

Is my camera compatible with InvisiPrompt?

To check compatibility, measure from the tripod mounting hole of the camera to the front of the lens. If the length is between 2.5 inches to 11.25 inches, then you can use InvisiPrompt with your camera. The teleprompter does not restrict a maximum camera width, only the length between the tripod mounting hole to the lens is restricted.

Will InvisiPrompt work with DSLR or other cameras?

InvisiPrompt can work with any camera, where the distance between the tripod mounting hole to the front of the lens is between 2.5 inches to 11.25 inches. If you are using a long lens, for example, make sure that distance does not exceed 11.25 inches. 

Can I use my iPad, Android device or other displays with InvisiPrompt?

Yes, you can use any display up to about 13 inches in diagonal. InvisiPrompt's universal flexible mount can accommodate flat displays up to that measurement. If you would like to use your own mounting mechanism, there are also mounting holes on the display holder.

What tools will I need to setup InvisiPrompt?

InvisiPrompt can be installed without using any tools, just turning a few knobs is needed to install to your camera, tripod and display device.

Does InvisiPrompt come with a warranty?

What support resources are offered?

Support for InvisiPrompt is available online at www.InvisiPrompt.com/support. From the support site you can access resources dedicated to InvisiPrompt owners, including online and email support. Telephone support is not offered at this time.

I've placed my order but want to know...

I need technical support for my product.

If you have received your product already, see the Owners section for support. If you have not yet received your product, see the technical questions section.

How do I get the tracking number for my order?

The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, let us know.

 

It may take up to 2 business days to process your order and ship it out, though most orders are processed and shipped in 1 business day. We will notify you by email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

How can I get a copy of my sales receipt?

Once you place the order, an email confirmation will be sent to you, which includes your receipt that you can use for record keeping and tax purposes. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, let us know.

It turns out I am or my organization is tax exempt. How do I proceed?

If you are tax exempt, just place the order online as usual, and once you receive your confirmation email, reply to the email to let us know you are tax exempt. The sales tax will then be refunded to your original payment. We will let you know if you need to send in a copy of your tax exempt certificate. 

How will my purchase show up on my credit card statement?

On your credit card statement, "Technology Beat" will appear for your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been sent to the shipping carrier yet, then it can be canceled, and a full refund made. Once it has been sent to the carrier, it cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with the return policy. Let us know if you need any help.

 

If you have not received an email saying your order has shipped, it can usually be canceled. Once you receive an email with a tracking number, your order has been sent to the shipping carrier and cannot be modified. 

What happens if I am not around when my order is delivered?

If you are not available to receive the package, the delivery may be delayed. If your package was shipped using FedEx, you can call FedEx and give them the tracking number from your email and arrange to pick it up at the closest FedEx store for no additional charge.

What happens if I refuse the delivery of my order?

If you refuse your delivery, or if it is undeliverable, it will be sent back and a refund made less shipping and handling charges.

How do I return the product?

To return the product, check the return policy and make sure the product is in the proper condition, then submit a request for an RMA.
