For an a you purchased, you can return it up to 30 days from date of original delivery (if you did not purchase an accessory but the full teleprompter, click here). For an accessory to qualify for return, it must be unopened (see return policy here). Please fill out the form below to reuqest a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. To qualify for return, you must submit your request within 30 days from date of original delivery. You will receive an RMA within 2 business days with instructions to return the product and the address to send it to. You will have 7 days to return the product from the time you receive the RMA, or 30 days from date of orginal delivery, whichever is later.
