Please fill out the form below to reuqest a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. To qualify for return, you must submit your request within 15 days from date of original delivery, and in accordance to the return policy. You will receive an RMA within 2 business days with instructions to return the product and the address to send it to. You will have 7 days to return the product from the time you receive the RMA, or 15 days from date of orginal delivery, whichever is later.
