Limited Warranty

 

The InvisiPrompt limited warranty coverage provided exclusively by Technology Beat LLC gives you, the customer, limited warranty coverage for your InvisiPrompt teleprompter for the period of one year from the date of purchase.

 

Who qualifies for warranty coverage?

  • Only the original buyer of a brand new product, purchased from one of these authorized sources:

    • InvisiPrompt.com

    • Amazon (via InvisiPrompt Direct only)

  • If you resell your product, the second owner will not receive warranty coverage. Likewise, if you purchase a product from a source other the ones listed above, you will not receive coverage.

 

What is covered?

  • This warranty warrants that the product will function correctly as intended by the manufacturer. If a part of the product fails to continue to serve its function under normal use or normal wear and tear, we will repair it free of charge. In cases where we are unable to repair the product, a used, reconditioned product of the same or newer model will be sent to you as replacement.

 

What is not covered?

  • Cosmetic damages are not covered. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Scratches on the product, such as scratches on the reflection screen

  • Loosing gold particulates due to scratches or rubbing the mounting surface

  • Add-ons and accessories purchased separately

  • Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, “acts of God”, or carelessness are also not covered. Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Damages as a result of a fall or impact

    • Damages as a result of not following the instruction manual

    • Damages as a result of fire, flood or other weather events

    • Damages as a result of rough or careless handling of the product

    • Claiming warranty service for the same part multiple times in a short period of time may be considered misuse.

  • A product that has been modified, disassembled, or an unauthorized third party has attempted to repair it

  • A product with an altered, defaced or missing serial number

  • Under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product with a used/reconditioned product of the same or newer model at our discretion. No store credit, refund or brand new replacement will be issued under this warranty.

  • This warranty only provides coverage for parts and labor. Under this warranty, no coverage for any damage is provided beyond the parts and labor for repairing this product.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

 

How to get warranty service?

  • Contact InvisiPrompt support at www.InvisiPrompt.com/support to obtain warranty service. You may need to register your product with your email address to request warranty service. However, prior registration is not necessary to qualify for this warranty.

  • Please retain your purchase receipt, as a copy of it is necessary to obtain warranty service.

 

Are shipping costs covered by the warranty?

  • The cost of shipping your product for service is not covered by the warranty.

  • The cost of shipping the repaired product back to you is covered only if your location is in the United States.

  • If you are outside of the United States, you are responsible for all shipping costs necessary to repair your product.

 

How long will the repair take?

  • For most cases, repairs are completed in 5 business days. At most repairs will not take more than 14 business days from the time it is received (not including major holidays).
